MSN Messenger Integration for social and business applications

which allows to build a unified export/import data channel,
to exchange data feeds through any communication means with end-users using popular instant messengers
(IM) like Skype, Google Talk, ICQ, by sending template-based mail messages to special e-mail addresses
or micro-blogging in services like Twitter.
Corifey can handle server-side processing, data parsing, security, data exchange and hosting of bots.
There are numerous possible use cases for such solution, some ideas could be:
- Put IM bot contacts on your Web site, to let your customers
interact with your sales force / support team via local CRM web interface using conventional communication tools
your customers prefer for interaction.
- Setup group IM contact for your employees, to harvest knowledge tips from IM and put them automatically
in a corporate blog, project system or knowledge base for it's further managemenet and taxonomy
via standard web-based interface.
- Log your work or timesheets via existing IM tools, to gather timesheet bits 'on the go' and adhoc basis for flexible and less abusive tracking (we know, everybody hates to log weekly timesheets :)
- Send company-wide alerts/news to all employees through group IM contacts ("push" method)
