Refund Policy of Corifey LLCIn general Corifey maintains the policy that no refunds will take place in view of the fact that Corifey offers custom development services, which are expendable, and can't be recovered.
However, once any of the work is performed or services are rendered by Corifey LLC, you are liable for full payment of the entire invoice amount. You are liable for all work performed and services rendered. Corifey will consider a refund when the software contains bugs that prevent the customer from using it normally, as long as these bugs are not due to bugs in other programs, and not due to the operating system or the hardware nor data of the user. In addition Corifey must be able to reproduce the bug. An occasional run error of the software in general is not considered to prevent the user from using the software in a normal way. In our license agreement for off-the-shelf products we state the following:
